GOLDEN PRODUCTS:– GOLDEN Fluid Acrylics Raw Umber – GOLDEN Color Pouring Medium MATTE (8 oz.)TOOLS / MATERIALS:– Rigid painting surface– Mixing stick or palette knife– Container with lid for mixing and storingSTEP – BY – STEP: STEP 1: Start with a surface appropriate for pouring (for more information follow the link to our technical information sheet at goldenpaints.com/technicalinfo/technicalinfo_colorpouring) STEP 2: Complete a drawing on the painting surface. Dusty drawing materials can bleed or produce a hazy or speckled appearance.STEP 3: For results similar to the images, mix approximately 20 drops of GOLDEN Fluid Acrylics Raw Umber into 8 oz. of COLOR POURING MEDIUM MATTE. Sir until combined. Test to determine desired ratio and compatibility with chosen drawing media.STEP 4: Pour the mixture over the drawing in the center of the panel. Then, gently rock, allowing gravity to move the mixture around the surface. Add more as needed, rocking and spreading the material until it flows over the edges. Do not brush on or agitate. STEP 5: Allow to dry in a level, dust-free environment. A drying tent can be utilized to slow down the drying time, protect the surface while wet, and deter imperfections in the dried film.STEP 6: When dry, you should have a translucent colored matte surface with the drawing visible beneath. Allow 3 days for curing before continuing with the painting process.
